JMX Brands’ Jim Miller and Jayca Pike Present at MEDA Annual Convention

JMX Brands CEO Jim Miller and Social Media Expert Jayca Pike presented “Likes, Tweets and Pins: Why Social Media Matters to Your Business” at the annual convention for Mennonite Economic Development Associates (MEDA) in Richmond, Va., November 6, 2015.

Miller and Pike provided insights from JMX Brands’ successes with social media. They offered practical steps for businesses to help build their brand, protect their reputation and leverage new opportunities.

Miller founded JMX Brands, a Sarasota-based ecommerce company, with partners Miao Xue and Linse Miller in 2003. He has been a supporter of MEDA for many years and is presently the president of the Sarasota, Fla. MEDA chapter. He was elected to MEDA’s international board at the annual convention.

Pike leads social marketing and content development for JMX Brands and its family of niche websites, including its flagship store, DutchCrafters.com. Since joining the company in early 2014, she has more than doubled the social platform presence of both JMX Brands and DutchCrafters, resulting in a 52 percent increase in social platform traffic to DutchCrafters.com and a corresponding 113 percent increase in social revenue.
