Presented by Kari-Jo Koshes, director of operations, and awarded by Elvin de Jesus, shipping and logistics manager, the honor highlights McClure’s dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience. He has demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic, driving more than 54,000 miles and successfully delivering over 290 orders.

McClure actively seeks ways to improve operations, providing valuable feedback on DutchCrafters’ delivery process. His contributions include proactive truck maintenance, implementing reminder systems, and refining the interview and training processes for new employees. His forward-thinking approach ensures trucks remain road-ready and operations run smoothly, all while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
