Amanda Stutzman has been named customer experience team manager for JMX Brands, a Sarasota-based ecommerce business and the largest online retailer of Amish furniture under the brand name DutchCrafters at www.dutchcrafters.com.

Stutzman will oversee the sales, customer service and delivery processes for the company, ensuring the best possible customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Stutzman has more than 15 years of experience in positions driving customer engagement. Most recently she has served as advancement, marketing and communications director at Sarasota Christian School where she has been involved with branding, marketing, constituent engagement and strategic planning.

Stutzman has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Art and Design from Jacksonville University.  She was a 2017 SRQ Magazine Women in Business Initiative nominee.
