
DutchCrafters Director of Operations Kari-Jo Koshes Wins SRQ Magazine’s Good Hero Award
Sarasota, Fla. / Alpharetta, Ga. — DutchCrafters Amish Furniture Director of Operations Kari-Jo Koshes was recognized with a Good Hero Award at The Giving Coast Luncheon, hosted by SRQ Magazine. The event honors individuals who make an outstanding impact on the local community. Koshes was recognized for her exceptional leadership and contributions during Hurricane Milton.
DutchCrafters CEO Jim Miller, Vice President Linse Miller, and Marketing and Marketplace Manager Marina de Sa Nogueira attended the luncheon to celebrate this well-deserved recognition.

Koshes is also the founder of Brand New Chapters Inc., a non-profit that gives new life to old books, ensuring literacy and learning opportunities reach those in need. She also serves on the boards of the Junior League of Sarasota, which empowers women through leadership and service, and the Literacy Council of Sarasota, dedicated to improving adult literacy.
This honor adds to Koshes’ growing list of accolades, educational achievements and community involvements. Koshes holds an MBA and DBA from Columbia Southern University. She was selected for the 2023 Furniture Today’s 40 Under 40 Award, which celebrates young professionals making significant contributions to the furniture industry. She is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Sarasota County and a 2023 graduate of Leadership Florida.
