The beauty in handcrafted outdoor wooden furniture is in the uniqueness of each piece that's made especially for you. Our skilled Amish craftsmen take special care in the art of woodworking, and do their best to sand down your outdoor pieces and make them smooth to the touch. However, there is always the possibility of some minor imperfections and rough edges when working with wood. These unique characteristics add to the rustic beauty of your piece!

Although our craftsmen use only the best wood for your outdoor pieces, it is still common for pine and cedar wood to have some cracks appear, especially in the hot summer months. The wood expands in the heat of the summer, but will contract when the weather cools down.

Rough edges and minor cracks are normal and we will not issue refunds. Embrace the unique personality of your outdoor wooden furniture that's made just for you!

Delivery
This item will ship via a freight carrier without a liftgate service. If you would like to include a liftgate with your delivery, please call us at 1-866-272-6773. There is an additional $75 charge, but does make unloading off the truck much easier!
 
Assembly
Some assembly may be required for this item. Although we would prefer to ship fully assembled items to you, sometimes it just isn't feasible or will cost entirely too much to do so. In an effort to save you money, our woodworkers ship this item unassembled. Rest assured - it will include easy to follow instructions inside the packaging for any assembly that is required!

Choose the perfect Preferred Color List (PCL) finish for your new Amish furniture.

When returned within 30 days, our samples are FREE. Just mail them back to DutchCrafters. The shipping of the samples is also free and on us! All you have to do is mail the samples back in the envelope provided with postage already paid!

Deciding between multiple stains or paint colors or just double checking your choices, our Preferred Color List samples ensure you get to see the wood and stain combination you're interested in, in your home's natural lighting and next to your other furniture prior to having your furniture finished.

Please keep in mind that, due to the nature of solid wood furniture, the graining and characteristics of the wood and finish may differ slightly between samples and finished pieces.  Also the colors and tint that you may be seeing on your computer monitor of the samples may vary and not be accurate.
