Our skilled Amish craftsmen take special care in the art of woodworking, and do their best to sand down your outdoor pieces and make them smooth to the touch. However, there is always the possibility of some minor imperfections and rough edges when working with wood. These unique characteristics add to the rustic beauty of your piece!

Although our craftsmen use only the best wood for your outdoor pieces, it is still common for pine and cedar wood to have some cracks appear, especially in the hot summer months. The wood expands in the heat of the summer, but will contract when the weather cools down.

Rough edges and minor cracks are normal and we will not issue refunds. Embrace the unique personality of your outdoor wooden furniture that's made just for you!

Delivery
This item will ship via a freight carrier without a liftgate service. If you would like to include a liftgate with your delivery, please call us at 1-866-272-6773. There is an additional $75 charge, but does make unloading off the truck much easier!
 
Assembly
Some assembly may be required for this item. Although we would prefer to ship fully assembled items to you, sometimes it just isn't feasible or will cost entirely too much to do so. In an effort to save you money, our woodworkers ship this item unassembled. Rest assured - it will include easy to follow instructions inside the packaging for any assembly that is required!

When organization is a priority and space is limited, our Amish Vivid Five Drawer Desk will take care of your needs with ease and style. Our Amish made desks are the perfect combination of style and function to serve your home or business office. 

The five drawers in the Vivid desk include two file drawers, two standard drawers, and one pencil drawer in the center. The center pencil drawer can also be swapped out for a keyboard pullout drawer if this is more important to you. You will have the opportunity to select the wood, stain, and hardware that best fits your office. These customizations ensure you will receive a beautifully styled desk that is unique to you.

Your rep was very careful to restate what we wanted in pictorial form. You kept us informed about progress on the order and other helpful insights. It was sometimes difficult to get someone on the phone. Delivery drivers were professional and very helpful. Worth the extra payment for white glove delivery.
