Our skilled Amish craftsmen take special care in the art of woodworking, and do their best to sand down your outdoor pieces and make them smooth to the touch. However, there is always the possibility of some minor imperfections and rough edges when working with wood. These unique characteristics add to the rustic beauty of your piece!

Although our craftsmen use only the best wood for your outdoor pieces, it is still common for pine and cedar wood to have some cracks appear, especially in the hot summer months. The wood expands in the heat of the summer, but will contract when the weather cools down.

Rough edges and minor cracks are normal and we will not issue refunds. Embrace the unique personality of your outdoor wooden furniture that's made just for you!

Delivery
This item will ship via a freight carrier without a liftgate service. If you would like to include a liftgate with your delivery, please call us at 1-866-272-6773. There is an additional $75 charge, but does make unloading off the truck much easier!
 
Assembly
Some assembly may be required for this item. Although we would prefer to ship fully assembled items to you, sometimes it just isn't feasible or will cost entirely too much to do so. In an effort to save you money, our woodworkers ship this item unassembled. Rest assured - it will include easy to follow instructions inside the packaging for any assembly that is required!

Elvis was very accommodating as we were choosing our options. The dining room chairs were forgotten the first trip and when they were delivered they were not wrapped so they were very dusty. We do love the quality though. I would highly recommend your furniture. The quality is amazing along with the customer service. We have never ordered furniture online before and were skeptical at first. We do plan on ordering more in the future.
Everything we ordered turned out great. We had 11 different items and they were all perfect.
Beautiful furniture well worth the wait. No-mess blanket delivery worked perfect. Fabrics are outstanding, just wish it was available by the yard to update similar existing pieces we have.
