This Lifetime Warranty ensures that if the chime or parts of it are found to be dysfunctional, or become dysfunctional, the manufacturer will repair or replace the flawed parts free of charge for as long as you own your chime. This even includes the string, but it does not include normal wear and tear of the paint on the chime.
