Similar to reclaimed barn wood, rough sawn furniture embraces the characteristics often found with aged wood, without the limitations of barn wood. Due to its limited availability and condition, it is hard to form the kind of unique details found in the Dutton collection with barn wood. The use of rough sawn wood allows for the beautiful slats and exposed tenon accents found on the Dutton Ottoman.
