Overview

No need to scoot over - this Mission sofa has room for everyone! The custom sofa, handcrafted to order in a small Amish woodshop in the northern United States, brings centuries of American heritage and Amish craftsmanship to its classically contemporary design. Its solid wood frame, including its back, is sanded and finished by hand for a smooth and glossy look and feel that mass-produced pieces just can't hope to match, while its deep cushions, each upholstered with hand-cut fabric or leather, provide an ideal level of comfort and support for movie nights, big games, and long afternoons alone with a book. Taken as a whole, the Mission sofa is one of those rare pieces truly worthy of being seen as a heart for the home.

As standard, the Amish sofa includes:

  • Each element handcrafted to order by dedicated Amish woodworkers in the United States
  • Solid wood frame with ultra-durable mortise and tenon joints
  • Heavy-duty webbing beneath cushions for unbeatable support
  • Hand-sanded and finished surfaces
  • Custom wood, stain, and fabric or leather
  • Solid wood construction throughout

Use the menus above to choose the perfect materials for your new custom sofa. If you have any questions at all - or if you would like to see free samples of any of our woods, stains, fabrics or leathers - please don't hesitate to get in touch with us by phone or by email at any time. We love how this sofa combines style with the durability and space a family living room needs, and we would love to talk about it with you.

Reviews

The overall experience was positive. The furniture is both high quality and a beautiful addition to our home.
Our furniture specialist was fantastic to work with and very personable and friendly. We wanted to place an order ASAP to take advantage of sale pricing but then order fabric and stain samples and specify those items later when we made a decision. She handled that very well.

My only critique is the fabric sample photos on the website could be improved with at least some scale given so one can determine the size and scale of patterns, but fabrics are indeed hard to photograph.

In the end, we're very happy with the product and experience.
