I was relieved to learn of the three-step payment process. Our outdoor furniture was a big purchase for us and the process helped make it a little more affordable. The main pieces were delivered quite a bit earlier than estimated by DutchCrafters and I was happy about that. The parts were accurately drilled and fit together really well. The instructions on the five-foot glider could have used more pictures and verbiage. It was hard to understand in a few places.
Website very easy to use and good descriptions about the furniture, terms and conditions. Salesman made helpful comments. Easy to receive and send stain samples. Two helpful guys delivered the nightstands without any problems. The two nightstands are beautiful...expertly crafted...they belong in a museum! The outdoor Adirondack chairs and table are another matter that has been resolved. The finished product looks very smart near the pool. Both chairs are comfortable and sturdy...won't blow away.

The chairs are beautiful and so well made! We were apprehensive about having to put them together but shouldn’t have been. They made it very easy and we put 4 chairs together in a little over an hour. The salesperson, Elvis, was very helpful and made sure the chairs arrived on time.
Process was easy, only complaint was how long it took to get product, but chairs were exactly what I wanted and great quality.
