I ordered the "gliders" on January 2nd. I didn't expect to receive them until early February. I was surprised to find them on my front porch on January 15th. I took the components out of their boxes and assembled one chair ... and it didn't glide!

I sent an email to the contact person at Dutchcrafters ... and received a reply the next morning ... and a phone call from Chris at Colonial Wood Works, the manufacturer of Leisure Lawn products. Chris requested that I box the parts back up and he would arrange for FedEx to pick them up for return to the factory. I called on Monday the 20th to let him know they were ready. Picked up on Tuesday, and back at Colonial on Friday afternoon.
The "corrected" assemblies were shipped back to me on Tuesday, January 28th, delivered on Thursday, January 30th, and I was "gliding" out on my lanai that evening!

All this cost me was a week of 'gliding' ... which I hadn't expected anyway!

I cannot say enough about the customer support from Colonial, from Chris, ... and from Dutchcrafters. The quality of the chairs is fantastic, and their customer support is second to none!

I'm looking forward to many years of 'gliding'.
