The dovetailed drawer boxes come standard with a solid 1/2" bottom, allowing them to support a grown man without any trouble. Mounted to the sides are high quality ball-bearing slides that all the box to fully extend from the case, while offering support for up to 75 lbs. when fully extended.  So you can load these drawers up without ever having to worry about future mishaps. Upgrade to the optional hidden under mounted glides to create a "floating" drawer look that creates a unique presence to the piece. These under mount slides also offer a soft-close mechanism that ensures you never slam a drawer again. Once engaged, the mechanism takes hold and softly, and completely closes the drawer box.
