How Much Does Custom Furniture Cost?

Handcrafted Amish Furniture represents a fairly affordable segment of the premium furniture market. Many people hear the words "custom furniture" and they cringe in fear of a runaway cost. The reality is, most of the furniture found on DutchCrafters is already handmade after you order it, making it more affordable than many people assume. The woodshops still have to draft new plans and charge for the extra material, labor, time, and resources used to create your heirloom-quality, customized masterpiece.

Overview

For maximum storage that's built to last, the Amish Aaron Mission Nine Drawer Dresser with Optional Mirror makes a fine candidate. This wood dresser is handcrafted in Amish country, and it's one that you won't have to replace, but instead can pass on for generations.

Nine drawers provide room for clothing, accessories, blankets and more. Each drawer features dovetailed joinery, a sign of quality craftsmanship. The drawers slide out smoothly on full extension drawer slides, so you can access the most space in each drawer. Consider an upgrade to soft close drawer slides that glide to a close with just a gentle tap.

Combining the mirror with this dresser makes a nice spot to get ready for your day. The Aaron Mission features 3" thick posts and a 1" thick top. You can customize this bedroom dresser by choosing the wood type and stain you like best. We are happy to send samples so you can find the wood type you like best for your new dresser.

Please email or call to get in touch with a furniture specialist that can answer all your questions. The Aaron Mission style is also available in a six drawer chest and vanity table. Thank you for shopping with us.
